Ubuntu Linux with no Desktop Environment in Virtual Box

Hi,

In this post I am going to talk about installing a Ubuntu Linux with no GUI...i.e no Desktop Environment...

The below prerequisite section would detail the needs to have this done...

Prerequisite(s)
